Your personal HAW email address
Following the cyber-attack at the end of 2022, we are now able to provide you with a new email account with the following address: firstname.lastname@haw-hamburg.de
We are still reviewing whether or not backups of the mails that were in your account at the time of the cyber-attack can be integrated into your new account. To access this email account, you need to use the university's Microsoft Cloud environment. Log in with your new HAW user ID (wxy123@haw-hamburg.de) at www.office.com and open the Outlook app.
