The aim of the project is to offer a summer school with the focus on "Blockchain and Smart Contracts" in cooperation with the University of Rostock, University of Tartu and the DAAD Information Centre in Riga. The summer school will take place at the University of Tartue in September 2020.

Especially with the main focus on blockchain, the curriculum regarding the technology will be further refined from last year based on experiences from experts. In addition the cooperation of the involved institutions, which form an inofficial sesearch cooperation regarding blockchain since October 2017, will be cemented. Objective of the summer school itself is to prepare master students for PhDs and company foundations in the field of blockchain.

Under the lead of the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg a high quality level will be assured due to the involvement of well known and respected scientists.
