Inside the building
................................................................................................................................................................................................

- When you enter the building you will be given a ticket. The ticket indicates the colour of the walkway you need to follow, which floor you need to go to and the room number.
- Please use the hand sanitiser at the entry to clean your hands.
- Follow the walkway indicated to the room where your exam is being held.
- The use of the elevators is prohibited. Exceptions are only possible by previous agreement via email:klausurhilfe-ls (@) haw-hamburg.de.
In the examination room
................................................................................................................................................................................................
- The seats in the room should be filled from front to back. The markings on the floor will show you the way.
- The exams will have already been placed at each seat. As soon as the room is full, the exam supervisor will indicate that the exam can begin.
- When the exam starts you are permitted to remove your mask or face-covering.
- Each examination room is assigned a specific toilet facility (closest to the examination room). Students can only use the toilet facilities one after another and are required to wear their masks to do so.
- Students are permitted to leave the exam only after a minimum of 60 minutes have passed.
After the examination
................................................................................................................................................................................................
- Students should leave their exams at their seats. These will be collected by the exam supervisor once all students have left the room.
- Please leave the building directly after the exam via the same marked walkway you used to enter.
- If you do not have another exam, please leave the campus promptly. If you have another exam on the same day, avoid unnecessary contact and try to spread out across the campus. Please note that other exams will follow the same procedure.
