Education and Research oriented Training in Health Sciences

About the 'EARTHS Health Science Conference'

22 Master and PhD students from 13 countries (all over Africa and Yemen) will present their health science related research in crisp and engaging 10 min presentations, in English. These international students are currently receiving a scholarship from the ‘German Academic Exchange Service’ (DAAD) for their studies and research. The topics range from Diabetes and male infertility to the shelf-life extension of tomatoes, using wild date-seed-oil; or the association of depression and substance abuse among women in Kenya; the health status of Post-tuberculosis patients and many more interesting research topics. The presenters look forward to sharing and discussing their research projects with you.
