We all do negotiate almost on a daily basis either privately or professionally. However, the challenge for the disputing parties is to negotiate effectively. Negotiations should be a structured process. In practice, more often than not, pre- and post-negotiation are usually neglected. Despite of the contents of the negotiation, the focus should be on the framework in the process.

Frau Dr. Hilmer ist zugelassene Anwältin am New South Wales Systeme Court in Australien. In Hong Kong an der Chinese University of  Hong Kong hatte Frau Hilmer eine Professur inne. Die Fachrichtung von Frau Hilmer ist internationales Wirtschaftsrecht. Ihre Schwerpunkte sind Arbitration, Mediation und Verhandlungsführung in Deutsch und Englisch.
