Academic Course Advisors
Bachelor Degree Programs
The academic course advisors offer general and specific advise and provide information/services regarding the following topics:
- The course of study within the degree program
- Difficulties with continuing your studies
- Exceeding the standard period of study
- Information on study options, the degree program, and the corresponding career fields
- transcipt of records in accordance with §48 BAföG
In case of a change of university/degree program, the academic course advisors are responsible for the placement certification and the recognition of credits and failed attempts at the start of the program (only after successful enrollment). All original documents from previous studies must be provided for this purpose.

Master's Degree Programs
The academic course advisors offer information/services regarding the following topics, among other things:
- General academic guidance
- Difficulties with continuing your studies
- Information on study options and study techniques
- Information on the degree programs and the corresponding career fields
- Information on the course of study within the degree program
- Academic guidance for students changing universities or degree programs
