At the faculty level a professor is responsible for international affairs who are in charge of internationalisation and together with the Dean of the Faculty they decide on the distribution of resources and the strategic focus. They are a member of the central Internationalisation Advisory Board.

 The faculties are responsible for the success and continuation of international university partnerships and the intensification of selected partnerships in strategically important regions, with the support of the Executive Board and the International Office.
