The Jefferson Blues Magazine was born 1968 - that makes it the world's oldest of its kind. The name (now shortened to Jefferson) derives from the legendary Texas bluesman Blind Lemon Jefferson. A few years later (1972) the Scandinavian Blues Association (SBA) was founded to administer Jefferson.
