Organized by the Research and Transfer Center "Sustainability and Climate Impact Management (FTZ-NK)" at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Albstadt-Siegmaringen University, the workshop focuses on “Understanding Climate Change Better.”
At the Climate Puzzle, we'll work together to bring order to the vast amount of information surrounding climate change. Using clear, scientifically sound information, through exchange with others, and step by step, we'll develop a comprehensive picture: What is happening to our climate right now? Why? How is it all connected? And what can we do? Prior knowledge and expertise are not required, just curiosity and interest in working together to gain a better understanding of this complex topic.
Participants can expect an interactive workshop rather than a lecture, an exchange on equal footing, scientifically sound content based on IPCC reports, and "aha!" moments instead of finger-wagging.
Using the globally recognized "Climate Puzzle" concept, the workshop will be led by biophysicist Prof. Dr. Together with Clemens Möller from Albstadt-Siegmaringen University, we will explore UN Sustainable Development Goals 4, 13, and 17 in a dialogue.
Our workshop is open to everyone aged 15 and up.
This event supports the goals of Hamburg's Sustainability Week and offers people of all ages a unique opportunity to learn and exchange ideas together.
