An early bird conference fee of Euro 200 and Euro 100 (for students) plus charges will apply provided these take place by 30th January 2024. After that deadline the full fees of Euro 270 (Euro 150 for students) plus taxes will apply.

You will be sent an invoice upon registration. In order to prevent the misuse of the event for illegal travel to Brazil, only bona-fide delegates whose papers have been accepted and whose fees have been paid, will receive an official invitation, with which they can apply for a visa. Registrations fees may be refunded in case of cancellations (with a 50% charge) until 30th August 2024. After that date, no refunds are possible.

For Brazilian Delegates: The fee is set at R$ 400. For students, it is R$ 200
