Fraunhofer Application Center ILES
In direct cooperation with HAW Hamburg, the Fraunhofer Application Center for the Integration of Local Energy Systems (ILES) forms an organisational unit of the Fraunhofer Institute IWES.
The center conducts applied research in the field of integrating local energy systems into existing energy networks while maintaining dynamic properties such as network stability. The focus is on the analysis and synthesis of this integration process from a technical, economic and regulatory point of view using system-theoretical methods.
