New official certificate

IUSDRP and ESSSR formalise continuing professional development programme on sustainable development.

Created in October 2014 by Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), the Inter-University Sustainable Development Research Programme (IUSDRP) is the world's leading provider of research and training on matters related to sustainable development. IUSDRP has an outstanding track record of publications (over 200 to date) and events, which have so far mobilised over 4,000 sustainability researchers from all geographical regions.

Together with the European School of Sustainability Science and Research (ESSSR), IUSDRP will be issuing official certificates of participation for its events which confirm participants' attendance and will be useful for professional development purposes. This will take effect today, 13 February 2023. The official certificates, with the seals of IUSDRP and ESSSR, and usually equivalent to 20 hours (including attendance at the event and preparation time), will document participants' efforts to develop their professional competencies for their employers, and will simultaneously demonstrate their proficiency on various topics related to sustainable development.
