This Bachelor’s degree course in Public Management forms the basis for a career in the upper intermediate grade of general administrative services (gehobener allgemeiner Verwaltungsdienst) in the public sector/civil service across Germany.

The course comprises four theoretical semesters studied at HAW Hamburg and two placement semesters during which you gain professional experience in public authorities and offices of the city of Hamburg. Throughout the course, we ensure close links between theoretical content and its practical application.
