Depending on the issue or request, different people at the university are responsible for assisting you. For general questions related to admission to Bachelor’s degree courses, leaves of absence and deregistration, please contact the Student Admissions and Registration Office. The Faculty Service Offices of the individual faculties are responsible for all matters related to examinations. The Chip Card Services Office is responsible for all questions related to the student ID card.

If you only need to submit documents in person – for example, to meet a particular deadline – please use the mailboxes located in front of the building entrance. These are emptied daily. If you need further information, we are also available by phone, regular mail and email at the numbers and addresses provided below.

These are currently only taking place on Thursdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm due to Covid-related restrictions.
Telephone office hours:
Monday and Tuesday: 9:00 am–10:00 am, 11:00 am–1:00 pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9:00 am–11:00 am, 2:00 pm–5:00 pm
(When lectures are not in session, no telephone office hours are offered on Thursday.)
Friday: closed
