The 1.5-hour workshop “Handling Mental Load” is for you if you’re ready to break free from the overwhelm of countless invisible tasks and responsibilities.

Together, we will explore what mental load really means and its impact on personal well-being. The workshop presents practical strategies to help you recognize the signs of overwhelm, manage expectations constructively and prioritize tasks with confidence. 

You will discover ways to invite greater mental clarity and balance into your life and put theory into practice through a hands-on exercise.

The workshop is aimed at international degree-seeking students and will be held in English.
